Aufdringlicher Fahrer
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Verhalten des Fahrers bei der Fahrt von Freitag, 21.2.2020.
Er hat trotz Protest den Beifahrersitz verstellt und sich so der Beifahrerin aufdringlich genähert, sowie ihr ein Haar vom Kleid entfernt. Das sind Dinge, die nicht akzeptabel sind. Wir sind dann mit Uber nach Hause gefahren.

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a minicab for 6:10am. I was told ok.
When I'm waiting by my door at 6:10 the taxi isn't there, I call the lady and she claims that I did not specify the time, however I remember being quite specific with the time because I had to catch a train.
The lady then told me that the taxi would arrive in 3 minutes, 6:15 I call to ask where my taxi is, as I was really running late and she then hangs up on me - it was 6:19 and the taxi arrived but my Uber was already 1 minute away.
I cancelled and I'm never using taxi service again, reliability 0 for someone who's in a time sensitive situation. Honestly, I don't wonder why you're losing market for Uber, customer service makes a whole lot of difference.
Ps. If the issue was due to a lost in translation situation, Minicab should at least ensure that their employees understand numbers and time properly in English as Basel is perhaps one of the most internacional city of Switzerland.
