Liquidation payment not received to date..

I have a recognised liquidation claim with this law firm of over 300,000 CHF however despite the law firm stating that the intital advance payments to the creditors would start at the end of August 2024 nothing has been received to date and multiple emails over the last weeks to follow it up have all but been ignored.
