Disappointing experience – wouldn’t recommend

I went for a cleaning with the female dentist (not the main one). She speaks mostly French and only a bit of German, but the issue wasn’t communication – it was the treatment. Despite telling her I have sensitive teeth, she roughly scraped every tooth near the gums, causing heavy bleeding. I was in pain for three days and could only eat yogurt. I’ve never experienced anything like that from a cleaning. Sadly, the main dentist wasn’t helpful either when I asked about oral hygiene. He gave vague answers and didn’t know about newer treatments for sensitive teeth.That’s concerning. A dentist should stay up to date and show some interest in helping their patients, not just go through the motions of an appointment. It’s really a shame the previous dentist, who owned the practice, is no longer there. I won’t be returning.
