Scam Immobilien

Please be aware when using the service of this agency, they are not trustworthy. I had a contract handled by this company regarding an apartment renting in St. Gallen. I had no contact with the owner directly. When I arrived to pick up the key the responsible from BET AG did not show up without any notification, he was not reachable and his colleague told me I should go to the apartment ad ask for the owner to give me the keys as the representant from BET Ag had mistakenly marked the appointment for the day before (!) By the owner I was told that the apartment was not for rent yet and that my contract was not valid. When I called back the agency I was told that the they were not representing that owner anymore. They did not confirm whether they had the legal procurement to issue that contract in the name of the owner or offer any damage redemption or apologies. I was simply told that I should deal with the owner and not contact them. The case will be followed in court.
