Active in the restaurant industry for a long time, our paths crossed in Paris in 2005, occupying in turn key positions in renowned establishments. But the dream is formed under the Valais sun at the foot of Haut-de-Cry. The opening of our restaurant in autumn 2018 is a culmination and a magnificent challenge.
