I cannot recommend this dealer at all. My car was delivered with a total of 13 lacking / faulty features ( 5 hardware, 8 software). 6 month later, only 2 hardware issues were fixed, 5 software issue were fixed. One thing is what Volvo delivers (or not delivers), the other thing is how the dealer handles a disappointed customer: Lying (sales manager) and wanting to make extra money on the customer (head of dealership) to fix things is not the way to handle customers. If you would like to have full detail information, please feel free to mail me. PS: the head of maintenance is the only capable guy in the mgmt of that dealership.
