Horrible service

A crazy guy damage our car and seriously threated us because we parked our car near his company, we just escape and went to the Visp police and they tell us that we have to pay 60eur if we want a report which just says that the car was damage, they can't do nothing more. Are you kidding me? Also they treated us with a lot of arrogance and little empathy. Thanks a lot, amazing help!!
