Usually always good + perfect, but this time, it was a fail.
I clearly had a reservation for 5 persons. We arrived at the restaurant and immediately saw, the restaurant was FULL. I told the lady we had a reservation, mentioned the name and she asked to see the confirmation. It took me 2minutes, but I eventually I showed her the confirmation. Immediately, she realized that I was not telling stories, looked around the restaurant and tried to offer us 3 seats at the head of the rotating conveyor belt and two seats in the middle. I declined and said No, we reserved a table for five persons to sit and eat TOGETHER. She looked around, clearly had no other solution in mind, did not bother to apologize in any kind of way. She just mentioned something about a "new system". It was disappointing to say the least. And I hate to have to make this rating, since I have only had very good experiences at Kai Sushi in Oerlikon until yesterday.
