Founded in 1960 by Dr. Luc Salamin, the laboratory has kept pace with constant technological developments over the past 60 years. More than forty employees have been loyal to the laboratory for many years, working in all areas of the business.

Our couriers reach medical practices in all valleys, sometimes with the help of public transport. Blood samples can be taken in Sierre and Sion, with or without a prescription, during laboratory opening hours.

The first laboratory in Valais to be accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS) in 1998, the Salamin laboratory prioritizes the quality of its services in its relationships with its partners.
