Welcome to the Tenzeit practice

 

As a naturopath practicing traditional European naturopathy, or TEN for short, I help treat acute and chronic illnesses using a holistic and cause-oriented approach.

In doing so, I adhere to the principles of the four elements theory as practiced in humoral medicine.

During your first appointment, I will assess your individual condition using medical and alternative diagnostic methods, such as physical examinations, iris diagnosis, and tongue diagnosis.

Reflex zone interpretations of the back, feet, and ears, as well as device-supported bioresonance procedures, also help me in this process.

I then design an individual therapy concept tailored to your needs, combining my various therapy methods (see below) in a meaningful way.

• Gentle vertebral and joint therapy according to Dorn
• APM (acupuncture massage according to Radloff)
• Spinal mobilization according to Breuss
• Cupping and Baunscheidt therapy
• Nutrition and health counseling

The therapies offered by the Auszeit practice can be billed to your health insurance company under the supplementary insurance for alternative or complementary medicine.
