Whatever the shape, whatever the material, nothing can resist the innovative process offered by CUTCUBE SA in the field of 3D abrasive waterjet cutting.

This technology offers new possibilities in terms of design and creativity. It can be used on sheet materials up to 150 mm thick, with a cutting angle of up to 60°. There are no limits on shape and, above all, no modification of the material's structure.

The cutting process is carried out with a maximum power of 6000 bars, in 5 axes, and can be configured using two complementary technologies:

- Pure water jet is mainly used for soft materials such as rubber, foam, wood, certain plastics, textiles, felt, leather, etc.

- The abrasive-loaded water jet (quartz sand) is mainly used for the hardest materials such as alloy and non-alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, hastelloy, hard plastics, ceramics, stone, glass, carbon fiber, etc.

Programming is done using comprehensive software that allows you to draw, design, import, and nest parts in 3 dimensions, easily and efficiently.
