Occupational therapists examine not only the physical effects of an injury or illness, but also the psychosocial and environmental factors that influence your ability to function.

Through adapted activities, teaching, and learning, the occupational therapist will guide you toward identifying your difficulties, optimally recovering your physical and mental functional abilities, adapting to your limitations and potential, and returning to your previous activities.

Treatments are provided on medical prescription and are reimbursed by basic health insurance (LaMal), accident insurance, and disability insurance.
