Welcome to Ochsen Metzgerei Wattinger! Since 1985, we have been committed to quality, freshness, and sustainability. As a family business, we produce our own meat and sausage products – from slaughter to finished product. We work closely with regional farmers to ensure short transport routes and species-appropriate animal husbandry. Our animals enjoy fresh air and plenty of space all year round. With great pride in the butcher's craft and the traditions associated with it, we create a diverse range of homemade specialties. In addition to seasonal highlights, we also offer selected additional items. Come by and see for yourself – because buying meat is a matter of trust!

Whether for family celebrations, weddings, corporate events, or your own personal event, we are at your side with fine menus and comprehensive service. All you have to do is celebrate. Be inspired by our menu suggestions or put together your own individual menu. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can competently and flexibly fulfill (almost) every wish. Butcher's slaughter

What began in 2010 as a small part of the 25th anniversary of the Ochsen butcher's shop has developed into a major event. To accommodate a total of 400 seats, the converted Ochse-Schüür behind the butcher's shop is cleared out and a large tent is erected. Families, companies, clubs, and people of all ages and backgrounds – the Metzgete is a gathering place for foodies of all kinds. Word of the unique atmosphere of the Metzger-Metzgete has long since spread beyond the region. From cream black pudding to freshly fried liver and sliced meat to delicious sauerkraut, the all-you-can-eat Metzgete buffet has something for every hungry mouth.

Something different – our new spit grills

Are you planning a social event in a relaxed atmosphere? Then we have just the thing for you! With a cozy barbecue featuring our unique spit grills, there's no chance of boredom setting in, because we bring movement to the proceedings. Once everyone has put together their own skewer according to their preferences, your guests will meet at the grill. Your party will automatically come to life. We recommend beef, chicken, veal, pork, sausages, grilled bacon, shrimp, and delicious grilled vegetables with a variety of barbecue sauces. To go with it, we offer a rich salad buffet and, on request, a warm side dish.

Event trips on Lake Constance – a very special experience

The MS Raiffeisen, owned by the Egloff family, offers you a very special location for your private or business event. Treat yourself, your friends, your club, or your company to something very special. The interior can be flexibly arranged according to your wishes and has 60 banquet seats and a sun deck.
