Why does dancing liberate?
In January 2015, I opened my dance school Tanzen Befreit (Dancing Liberates) with the idea that everyone can dance and move. For me, dancing is something liberating, which is why I chose this name.
Because anything goes when you dance!
Children, teenagers and adults, boys and girls alike, are under constant pressure. Even in kindergarten, a lot is demanded of the little ones, and this continues throughout their lives. That's why dancing can be used as an outlet to release all that pent-up energy.
