They are plumbers—five of them today. Adi Tresch started out on his own in 2016, supported by his family, his wife, and their three children. He founded Adidach GmbH, based in Seedorf, thereby realizing his childhood dream of becoming self-employed. His courage was rewarded. Today, his team of craftsmen includes four employees. Adi Tresch attaches great importance to showing his employees appreciation and respect.
