My name is Paolo Cadenazzi, and I am originally from Castel San Pietro. In 1991, I obtained the Federal Certificate of Competence as a chimney sweep, the only graduate in the whole of Canton Ticino that year. Why did I choose to become a chimney sweep? It was a rational choice: at that time, there were few chimney sweeps in Ticino and a lot of demand for work in the sector. I thought about the future, while continuing to pursue my youthful passion for athletics and my ongoing interest in butchery and agriculture. I started from scratch, traveling around with my moped and cart. Now, I still believe that the two cornerstones of my work are responsibility and quality.
