SUPPLY OF NATURAL AGGREGATES

Officina Della Ghiaia specializes in the supply and sale of natural aggregates. It also recovers and recycles aggregates from construction sites and building demolitions. The natural aggregates are of the highest quality, obtained with the utmost respect for the environment and CE marked.

The continuous modernization of the screening and washing plants has allowed Officina Della Ghiaia to obtain natural aggregates with a perfect "curve" suitable for meeting the most restrictive specifications. The aggregates are ideal for producing high-strength concrete.

The grain size classes of natural aggregates are:

• Screened and fine aggregate 0/4 and 0/8
• Mixed for concrete 0/16 and 0/32
• Pea gravel 8/16
• Gravel 16/32

DISPOSAL

The disposal division of Officina Della Ghiaia is dedicated to the disposal of rubble and construction waste. It also recovers and recycles clean materials from construction sites and manages the disposal abroad of waste materials that cannot be recycled in Switzerland, paying particular attention to the redevelopment of areas subject to extraction activities.

The company also offers a service for the disposal and processing of inert materials directlyon site, facilitating and speeding up the road transport of these materials.

Products that cannot be reused in Switzerland are sent to treatment plants in Italy for the same 100% complete recycling process of demolition rubble.

EXCAVATION AND DEMOLITION

With an excellent fleet of excavators, including "mini" (16 q.), "big" (370 q.) and "Demolition" (22m) machines, Officina Della Ghiaia carries out turnkey excavation and demolition work in a very short time and in compliance with the strictest regulations currently in force, also ensuring respect for the environment and operating with a view to redeveloping the area being excavated.

The machines, all equipped with excavator buckets, demolition hammers, and grapples, allow us to work in a wide variety of situations, both on small and large construction sites.

Officina Della Ghiaia also carries out special demolition and top-down excavation projects using special machinery equipped with long arms.

The company carries out an on-site inspection and draws up a customized quote based on the type of excavation material.

Controlled demolitions are also carried out throughout the Canton of Ticino with the utmost safety, thoroughly studying the building in order to carry out the work with total control of the demolition.
