What is art therapy?
Art therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses artistic creation (drawing, painting, collage, modeling, writing, etc.) as a tool for expression and inner transformation. This therapy allows you to explore your emotions, strengthen your self-esteem, and develop new resources, even when words are hard to find.
No artistic skills are necessary: only the creative process matters.

It allows you to explore and express your emotions and sensitivity in ways other than words. This liberating process offers the opportunity to broaden your view of yourself and open the way to new perspectives.
