Acupuncture

TuiNa massage

Tuina is a Chinese massage technique that dates back more than 4,000 years. It is one of the main branches of Chinese medicine, along with acupuncture and herbal medicine. Although less well known in Europe, it is commonly used in China to maintain good physical health.
It is a very deep massage that uses vibrating movements and body weight to reach the deep muscles, the source of much tension, and relax them. The massage therapist also uses acupressure points to release the Chi that causes pain.

This treatment consists of burning a stick of mugwort, the heated end of which is applied to the meridian points or the affected area. The heat facilitates the penetration of the herbs, whose components are carried by the meridians and their branches. Moxibustion regulates energy and blood flow and invigorates vital energy. Once again, this is a treatment that can be curative or preventive. For optimal results, moxibustion is often offered in conjunction with acupuncture treatment.
