Your bakery and pastry shop in Selzach and Bellach
The Mischler bakery and pastry shop was founded in 1969 and has been run as a family business ever since. We have been at our current location in Selzach since 1974. We are also at your service in our branch in Bellach. We currently employ around 18 people.
Regional products
We use regional products whenever possible. We source our flour from the surrounding area, our eggs from local farmers, and our meat from the region.
Our breads and baked goods are pure natural products.
Solothurn bread – baking with tradition
We make our bread in the traditional way using pre-fermented dough. This means that no baking additives are used.
The popular Solothurn bread, for example, consists exclusively of flour, water, and yeast.
