We usually arrive on site a few days after you contact us and take a look at the appliance. Either we can repair the appliance on site or we order the necessary spare parts for a second visit. If a repair is costly or the necessary spare parts are no longer available, we will provide you with a quote for a new appliance. Together, we will find the perfect appliance for you and the most robust one for us, which will give us both long-lasting enjoyment!
