Under the motto "Living in green surroundings, living in the center," an ambitious project called "Schnydermatte" was realized on Schneidergässli in Biel, comprising 40 apartments and 36 parking spaces. Move-in date: summer 1998.

Another milestone in the history of the Wyttenbach building cooperative: In spring 2009, the new "Westerholz-Schüss" development on Bürenstrasse in Biel-Bözingen was ready for occupancy, with 16 apartments and 40 parking spaces in the underground garage, which can also be rented by residents of the "Westerholz" development opposite. This new building represents a further step towards a healthy mix of different building types and residential units.

With the two aforementioned developments, "Schnydermatte" and "Westerholz-Schüss," the Wyttenbach Building Cooperative now has newer developments in particularly favorable locations that are unparalleled in terms of both the standard of the apartments and their location. After 70 years, the Wyttenbach Building Cooperative now has the following rental properties:
