My principle in supporting people: Many of our possibilities lie dormant within ourselves, in our subconscious. With hypnotherapy, autogenic training, coaching, or Reiki, I provide support in discovering and implementing these possibilities, and I assist in the search for your own personal solutions and activate your self-healing powers.

In addition to supporting adults, my services are also aimed at children and adolescents. I treat children and adolescents as equals, because they are the experts when it comes to creating their own solutions.

Birth preparation with hypnosis and autogenic training: Supporting pregnant women is very important to me, so that the birth process can be approached without fear and truly become a joyful event.
