On the generational change
Reto Stadelmann has been the new owner and managing director of our family business since January 2013. Together with his cousin Marc Berger as operations manager and the entire team at Stadelmann Malerei AG, he forms a young and motivated team that will continue to serve our valued customers.

Reto completed his apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate in Bern and joined the family business in 2001, where he successfully trained as a master painter with a federal diploma. After an apprenticeship as a draughtsman, Marc trained as a painter foreman and attended courses at the master school. Both have been working in management positions for our company for several years.

We would like to thank our customers for their cooperation and loyalty and hope that this will also be extended to the new generation.

Company headquarters

Since 1989, our company headquarters have been located at Zürichstrasse 23 in our own industrial building with a spray booth, storage rooms, a break room, and modern office space.

Stadelmann Malerei is a leading company in the Biel region for all interior painting, plastering, and wallpapering work, exterior painting and cleaning work on facades, minor plastering work, insulation, lettering and markings, decorative work, and spray painting.

With our extensive infrastructure, spacious, bright workshop, spray booth, and all the machinery required for our field of activity, we are always in a position to meet the needs of a demanding clientele. Thanks to our well-trained and motivated employees, some of whom have been with us for many years, we can guarantee all our customers reliable and convincing work in every respect.

Painting

Interior and exterior painting

We work indoors from the ceiling to the floor and outdoors from the roof to the base. We work on all surfaces and are happy to advise you on colors and materials. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are able to carry out renovation work, renew coatings due to wear and tear, and work on new buildings and listed buildings with the utmost professionalism.

We clean with high pressure up to 200 bar and hot water, sandblast, degrease, derust, grind, prime, fill, smooth, plaster, insulate, coat, paint, roll, dab, apply fireproof coatings, and process magnetic plasters/paints and natural paints. With our own spraying equipment, we achieve flawless surfaces and are able to give even larger properties a new shine.

How is the maintenance of your property? We would be happy to inspect your substrates, advise you based on our many years of experience, and inform you about any renovation measures that may be necessary. Thanks to our craftsmanship, state-of-the-art materials, machines, and processing methods, we incorporate ecological and economic aspects into our work.

We renovate facades, plaster, and cracks, remove mold, dehumidify rooms, and are on hand to help with water and fire damage.

Decoration, lettering, and wallpaper

We specialize in a wide range of decorative techniques such as marbling, patterning, stencilling, glazing, lining, and gilding. We implement special ideas such as trompe-l'oeil and murals and apply your lettering to the wall. We are also happy to advise you on changing your wallpaper.

Graffiti removal and protection

No paint attacks, no graffiti, and no tags are a problem for us. Thanks to training from our suppliers and years of experience in the "Image Plus" project in the city of Biel, we are specialists in removing all unwanted dirt. With our equipment and state-of-the-art technology, we can be on site at any time, even at short notice, in the event of damage.
We use innovative, high-performance, multi-action high-tech products to remove a wide variety of stains from a wide range of surfaces. We also specialize in treating delicate surfaces with suitable protective coatings.
