Demolition

What used to be called "demolition" is now referred to as "deconstruction." We tackle our tasks with technical expertise and an understanding of ecological and economic contexts, as well as with the use of powerful machines and equipment, and, last but not least, with the many years of experience of our employees. During deconstruction, the building mass is broken down into individual types of building materials. The recycling of individual building materials is an essential part of deconstruction and is carried out by suitable, long-standing partner companies. Non-recyclable materials are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner and in strict accordance with legal regulations and guidelines. Only low-emission machines and equipment are used for deconstruction work.

Demolition and dismantling of:

• Core removal/interior demolition in buildings

The controlled demolition of buildings is carried out in several stages:

• Securing the demolition site
• Examination/clarification of whether and what type of environmentally hazardous substances are present
• Separation and sorting of reusable, uncontaminated materials such as: plastics, wood, metals, concrete, bricks, masonry, etc.
• Disposal of contaminated materials (e.g., asbestos cement and tar paper, etc.) at a hazardous waste landfill
• Transport of construction site waste to suitable construction waste sorting facilities
• Recycling of concrete into concrete granulate
• Reuse of recycled products in new construction projects such as: substructure/ballast material for squares and paths, trench filling, etc.
