The Barbagallo family consists of Daniele, Giada, Loris, Mathias, and Nicolas.
Daniele is Sicilian and Giada is from Liguria, and we met in Australia, where we spent almost eight years. In Australia, we had the opportunity to learn new recipes while working alongside chefs from all over the world.
