Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.
Would you like to pamper yourself once again, simply switch off and relax? Or do you have pain that won't let you rest?
Whether you have complaints or not, a professional massage is always a healing and refreshing experience that many of my clients wouldn't want to miss.
Classic massage
increases blood circulation in the treated muscle groups, connective tissue, and skin. Adhesions in the connective tissue, also known as fascia, can be loosened. In addition, the improved blood circulation leads to increased cell metabolism in the tissue. Other positive effects of classic massage include a measurable reduction in pulse rate and, as a result, a reduction in blood pressure and stress symptoms.
Foot reflexology
We can influence our organ systems, the lymphatic system, and the nervous system via the foot reflex zones. Mobilization and pressure on the feet often have a positive effect on tense back muscles, various fascia lines, and muscle chains.
Trigger point treatment
Trigger point therapy aims to eliminate pain in myofascial trigger points. These are localized areas of muscle hardening in the skeletal muscles that are sensitive to pressure and can cause referred pain.
Manual pain therapy (MST)
Overuse and uneven use or training of muscles leads to an imbalance between tension and pressure. The body reacts with pain.
By pressing specific points at the transition from muscle to bone, manual pain therapy can be used to resolve imbalances, equalize the tension and pressure ratio, prevent injuries, and restore pain-free movement to the body.
Herbal stamp massage
Fragrant herbal stamps have been used for centuries as part of traditional massage, especially in Asia, for their relaxing effect on the body. This type of massage combines stretching, pressure, and heat with the effects of the herbs contained in the stamps. This treatment is particularly beneficial for stiff, tense, and overworked muscles and general states of exhaustion.
