Improve and increase your strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and balance with fitness training on the equipment and/or
the "Easy Line" circuit training equipment from Technogym or Sensopro.
We will create a strength and endurance plan tailored to your requirements and needs during a comprehensive and professional training introduction.
The introduction to circuit training is carried out under expert guidance and supervision.
Circuit training Easy Line
The training concept is based on a 30- to 45-55-minute circuit training session. With minimal time investment, the training targets all major muscle groups and, when performed correctly, can improve muscle strength, endurance, coordination, balance, and flexibility. It stimulates the metabolism and increases personal fitness. The group of like-minded people and the accompanying trainer support in the course (1st Thursday morning of the month) provide stimulating motivation.
Individual effort
Technogym's Easy Line hydraulic training equipment is one of the secrets to its success: the resistance automatically adjusts to the user's movement intensity. This is done without having to adjust the weights or positions on the equipment. The effort required can thus be determined individually – which is effective and easy on the joints.
Varied training
With a choice of 4 programs, each exercise can last between 30 and 75 seconds. Training takes place on the equipment or with intermediate exercises such as balance or stabilization exercises.
Pilates
Pilates is a holistic body training method that strengthens the muscles, promotes flexibility and coordination, and stimulates the circulation. The training focuses on strengthening the often weaker muscles in the center of the body, including the abdomen, torso, lower back, and pelvic floor.
All exercises are initiated with the "activation of the powerhouse" as you exhale and are performed in a concentrated, controlled, slow, and fluid manner. The result is an upright posture and positive body awareness.

(Power) Yoga
The partially flowing movements build strength, balance, flexibility, and energy in the body and are combined with breathing. Focusing the mind and concentration are practiced, which can lead to mental calm and inner balance.
The (power) yoga class includes: "arriving on the mat," a short warm-up, often followed by several dynamic repetitions of the sun salutation, various yoga poses, and finally relaxation. Power yoga is based on the principles of dynamic, powerful Ashtanga yoga and incorporates the findings of modern sports medicine.

Spinning (indoor cycling)
Spinning improves endurance and promotes fat burning by strengthening the muscles in the legs, buttocks, torso, and arms. The training takes place on indoor bikes. The instructor sets the cadence using music and riding style (pedaling while seated, out-of-saddle pedaling) and the relative level of resistance.
The training is suitable for athletes and beginners of all ages—especially those who want to quickly increase their performance. Stretching at the end of the class supports optimal training.
Please note:
- Registration can be done by phone or on site.
- For the training session, you will need clean bike or sports shoes with hard soles and comfortable bike clothing.
- Bring a towel and a drink (PET bottles can be purchased on site).
Fit & fun
In this varied lesson, the entire body's muscles are strengthened through bodyweight exercises, sometimes with accessories such as small dumbbells, weight cuffs, tubes, or Therabands. The cardiovascular system and fat metabolism are stimulated through the use of the step platform. Pilates and light yoga exercises complement this varied class.
