History of our butcher shop:
Founded in 1948 by Joseph Crettaz, this butcher shop was taken over in 1965 by his son Charly. In 1971, Charly built a new shop in the heart of the village of Botyre, not far from the old one.In 1992, the torch was passed on to his two sons, Serge and Steve. In 2006, Steve took over the business on his own.
