With this delicious motto, Bäckerei-Konditorei Waber AG has been developing and producing high-quality baked goods fresh from the oven every day for its discerning customers since the company was founded in 1980.

With top quality and innovative service, the company clearly stands out from its competitors in the market. The baked goods, which are produced fresh every day, are also delivered to hotels, restaurants, retirement homes, and companies.

As a matter of principle, all baked goods are produced without additives. Ready-made mixes are avoided out of professional pride. As a training company, it makes sense to produce and process our own product mixes.

The family business was founded when master confectioner and baker Kurt Waber started his own business in 1980 and opened his shop at Strählgasse 6 in Brittnau. In 2009, Waber AG was founded and his son Daniel Waber, a master baker and confectioner, took over the management of his parents' business. Since then, Waber AG has grown considerably: it currently employs 18 staff and two apprentices in production and sales. Kurt Waber heads up the confectionery department in our company.

In order to maintain high quality standards, it is essential that the boss himself supports his team in production and can therefore act flexibly to fulfill short-term customer orders.
