Two generations work passionately on the organic farm. During the high season, we get support from various helpful and hard-working people.

Philosophy
Careful and respectful treatment of animals and soil are our top priorities. We work consistently according to the principle of organic farming: "We nourish the soil and its organisms."

What does the Bud stand for?
Our entire operation is run according to the guidelines of the "Bio Knospe" (organic bud).

The "Bio Knospe" label guarantees consumers that they are buying food from certified organic cultivation.

Knospe foods are produced in a particularly environmentally friendly manner and stand for the highest quality, careful processing, strict guidelines, and independent controls. This guarantees a particularly high organic quality.

Farm shop
In our farm shop, we sell fresh products from our own farm as well as items from organic partner farms.

Our own products include:

• A wide variety of seasonal vegetables
• Eggs from our chickens
• Meringues from the wood-fired oven
• Various hazelnut products
• Egg liqueur
• Lamb from our Engadine sheep
• Poultry
• Asparagus (from the end of April)
• Various berries (summer, fall)
