It was called "Les Chasseurs," then "Restaurant Les Bouleaux."
Today, discover the "Taverne des Petits-Ponts" in the village of Brot-Plamboz, on the road to the Col de la Tourne!
The chef, who is passionate about his work, makes it a point of honor to offer you dishes that are entirely homemade, including sourdough bread and a small digestive liqueur that he makes himself, for an experience full of flavors. He likes variety and changes his menu regularly according to the seasons and his desires. However, he keeps the recipe if you wish to reserve a specific dish that you have tasted before, by reservation only.
With his ability to adapt and invent recipes on the fly, he can offer you a signature dish that perfectly suits your most specific dietary requirements, so don't hesitate to ask our staff when you make your reservation.
