A company with tradition

Our company was founded in 1973 by Josef Raemy, who started his own business repairing cars in his father's workshop.

In 1976, Simca became the first brand to be represented.

In 1981, the new building at the current location was completed. A body shop was also set up on the ground floor. A mechanic and a bodywork technician joined the one-man business.

In the same year, the first Peugeot—a 305 Break—was sold, as Simca-Talbot was taken over by the Peugeot brand.

In 1985, another pillar was added with the Daihatsu dealership. One branch of the business specialized in 4x4 and diesel vehicles.

In 1996, the showroom was expanded to include an office and warehouse.

Both sons completed their apprenticeships at our company and have continued their training ever since. As an automotive diagnostician and federally certified automotive salesman, the older son Thomas is now responsible for the workshop, while the younger son Erich, who holds a Master of Science in Engineering, is responsible for sales and the website.

Our company now employs three mechanics, two apprentices, a bodywork technician, and two salespeople/customer service advisors. We offer everything related to car service, vehicle maintenance and servicing, preparing vehicles for inspection, new car sales, used car sales, wheel alignment, tire sales and replacement, accessories, warranty services, and more.
