Our residential and activity centers are spread across the southern part of the village of Räfis and are well integrated into the community. Politically, we belong to the municipality of Sevelen, and the postal district is Buchs. We have good public transport connections via the Weidweg bus stop, which is only 150m away from the main building.

The flat residential area is ideal for walks, bike rides, etc. in the agricultural green spaces in front of the house, but also for excursions to the nearby mountain regions. The town of Buchs is located to the north, adjacent to Räfis, and can be reached in a few minutes by bus, on foot, or by bike.

Living

For the people affected, living in a family atmosphere should be pleasant and safe. That is why you will find suitable forms of accommodation with us.

• Our most care-intensive residents live in the main building. They receive round-the-clock care.
• The supervised external residential groups are inhabited by people who are partially independent.

Do you have packaging orders or simple assembly work that is inconvenient for you to do yourself, or are you looking for individually designed customer gifts for special occasions?

Our activity groups at the Neufeld residential home will be happy to take on these tasks for you!

We attach great importance to the individually designed daily structure of our residents. Meaningful employment is essential and not only does it give the residents enjoyment, it also allows them to demonstrate their abilities and improve day by day in what they do. Our home has its own studio, its own wood workshop, a group responsible for maintaining the entire grounds of the home, and, last but not least, our own "Fabriggli," where orders for local companies, such as yours, can be carried out.

We can handle various packaging orders, courier services, sorting orders, and assembly of products or sub-products for you, but we are also happy to take on various other orders for you after checking whether they can be implemented. Our carpentry workshop, studio, and other creative groups are also happy to produce individually designed items for you according to your wishes. How about, for example, some more unusual Christmas cards for your customers, tailored exactly to your taste?

Leisure

Not only in terms of employment, but also in terms of leisure time, we offer our residents a varied program, mostly consisting of sports activities, in which each resident can participate according to their individual needs. Every morning, the running group sets off on a supervised walk lasting a good half hour. Every week, we offer trips to the local indoor swimming pool and tennis hall, and during the warmer months, we also go cycling once a week when our cycling group goes on a group ride.

Our residents enjoy their free time for a good seven weeks each year. During this time, Neufeld organizes various excursions depending on the season and weather. Visits to the region's shopping centers are particularly popular, as are trips to local parks and lakes when the weather is good.

In autumn, the highlight is a voluntary week-long holiday in the Bernese Oberland, which is greatly appreciated and enjoyed by the participants.
