The butcher shop has been in business since 1974, passed down from father to son.
We have two stores, one located on Bure at La Terrière N2 and a second at Manor in Delémont, Avenue de la Gare (opening hours Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
We have our own slaughterhouse and work with local producers who certify the excellent quality of our meat.
All our charcuterie and raw products are made on our premises, as are our delicatessen items: terrines, pâtés en croûte, lasagnas, vol-au-vents, and more.
