Repair/Maintenance/Protection:

Annual roof maintenance contract:

Includes all essential checks, which should be carried out at least once a year, namely: Replacement of defective roofing materials, cleaning of gutters and wind bags, general inspection of all metalwork and roofing

Tinsmith:

Roof covering with clay or concrete tiles, Eternit-type fiber cement sheets, corrugated sheet metal, metal cladding/coating, natural slate, including battens, counter battens, safety bars, ladder hooks, or snow hooks

Underlay:

Installed under the roofing, it serves as a second layer of protection. It prevents driving rain or snow from penetrating the thermal insulation and substructure

Thermal insulation:

A well-insulated roof significantly improves your comfort and reduces energy consumption. Depending on the insulation coefficient achieved, a subsidy is granted by the Buildings Program, as well as by certain municipalities as a supplement

Roof windows and blinds:

Velux windows with projection or rotation openings. Smoke vents. Skylight-type windows for roof access. Wide choice of interior blinds, pleated, curtain, Venetian or mosquito net styles. For the exterior, roller shutters and awnings. Depending on the model, manual, electric or solar-powered control.

Photovoltaics:
