LS Maninpasta was founded in July 2020 with the takeover of an old pasta factory that had been well established in the region for years.

Livio Stacchi, born in Ticino in 1970 and raised in Biasca, began his apprenticeship as a chef at the renowned Albergo della Posta under Giovanni Piccioni. He was immediately enthusiastic about the profession, which gave him the opportunity to travel (his second great passion).

First in Switzerland (Flims, Lenzerheide, St. Moritz, Laax, Aarau, and Cademario), then around the world (England, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan).

Married, he settled in Ticino and ran a small hotel in Val Verzasca with his family for 17 years.
But Livio's adventure did not end there. At the age of 50, he turned a new page in his life and decided to take on a new challenge, giving up his hard work as a chef to devote himself entirely to PASTA!
