Turning your passion into your profession – what could be better?

Robert Altherr did just that in 1999 when he founded Kaffeewelt St. Gallen. In 2005, his passion inspired Bruno Trepp to join him. Together as business partners, they have made Kaffeewelt, also known as "Dä Kafimaa," what it is today—a meeting place for coffee lovers with top-notch advice and a selection of more than 90 types of coffee, various coffee machines for every need, accessories, fine Italian specialties, and barista training.

Thanks to a steadily growing customer base, the Kafimaa team has been able to expand continuously. We are proud of the long-standing and outstanding expertise of our entire team, without whom we would not be where we are today.

With us, you will discover a different way of enjoying coffee and our team will whisk you away into a world of coffee full of aromas, passion, and pleasure. We would be happy to advise you personally at our branch in St. Gallen or at our branch in Cham, which opened in 2016.
