About us

We are delighted and thank you for your interest in our company, MB Management and Consulting AG. MB Management and Consulting was founded in 1991 by Mike Benz with the aim of providing services in the main areas of catering, hospitality, and real estate.

Our success is based on our experience and many years of managing our own businesses or those under management contracts, as well as various concepts we have developed throughout Switzerland, e.g., in Zurich, Lucerne, Scuol, Klosters, Obersaxen, Zermatt, hotels in Zurich and the Langenthal area, etc.

Experience and network

We are happy to share with you our decades of experience, especially our expertise in high-frequency catering, and develop a suitable concept for you or support you in your day-to-day business with various management tasks.

Since 1991, we have also been active in the field of real estate. We have successfully sold all types of real estate throughout Switzerland and internationally on a purely performance-based basis, co-developed real estate projects, and much more.

In addition, we can offer a professional real estate appraisal for your property and are members of the Swiss Real Estate Appraisers Association (SIV) and the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT).

Customer service in the real estate industry has shown us how great the need for information is in old age (what happens to my property in old age and what precautions need to be taken; this concerns, for example, the following topics: right of residence; usufruct; property exchange; sale; will; power of attorney; living wills; cooperation with KESB, and much more), and we are happy to support you in this area.
