Equipped with high-performance machinery, our mechanical workshop produces all the tools required for our manufacturing processes. In addition, we are constantly upgrading our equipment so that we are always able to meet all production demands under the best possible conditions.

We manufacture our parts using a wide variety of materials: Nivaflex, stainless steels, precious metals, non-ferrous metals, etc., which we can shape into strips (0.1 to 2 mm thick) or round wire (0.1 to 5 mm).

 

Our technicians are able to produce special dimensions for prototypes. In this case, the chosen material is drawn, rolled, and straightened directly in our workshops.

Our springs are precision products, manufactured to customer specifications and produced in small, medium, or large series.

We manufacture the specific tools ourselves to ensure total control over the products. Our collaboration includes design assistance in the form of studies and advice.

With a view to obtaining products of the highest quality, we also carry out:

• Grinding for perfect flatness

• Treatment against oxidation

 

On site, at the final stage of manufacturing, we heat treat the springs. However, on request and under our responsibility, we can entrust more specific surface treatments to our most competent partners.

The final inspection is carried out methodically and with precision, and certificates of conformity are provided to the customer on request.

Throughout production, the various parameters of the client's specifications are checked and analyzed to ensure that the product supplied strictly complies with the order.

In addition, we are in constant contact with each of our customers to keep them informed of the progress of the work and any changes that may be made to improve the quality of the product.
