Who plans the planning? We have asked ourselves this question more and more in recent years in our work as architects, construction managers, and entrepreneurs. The answer is that we start where we can contribute our experience from the ground up, and we do so at an early stage.

Consulting and control

Who manages the project? The implementation of project goals requires the use of resources and targeted leadership, but this must be done at an early stage so that time-consuming and difficult goal agreements do not have to be caught up with and rectified during the ongoing process.

What are the costs and what is worthwhile? This dependence of feasibility on costs is the framework for success. Hence the question of who should call up, demand, and request what in the process/project flow in a timely manner.
