Over the years, the family business, founded in 1975 by Henri and Zygmunt Lipka, has grown from a retail business to a wholesale business, adapting to the economic development of the region.
Our company prepares and markets meat products made from Swiss and imported meat.
We specialize in fresh and frozen meat, and in the development and manufacture of regional products and national and international specialties.
We currently distribute more than 2,000 raw and processed products throughout Switzerland. Our range is very extensive: fresh and frozen beef, veal, pork, horse meat, lamb, game, and poultry, as well as frozen fish and shellfish. Our manufacturing division also produces a complete range of processed products (cold cuts, hams, dried meat, raw hams, etc.). We have recently expanded our range to include a wide selection of frozen products: vegetables, fruit, stuffed pasta, ice cream, and cakes. We also offer all the ingredients needed to make pizza.
Our company is located next to the slaughterhouses, and we take advantage of this ideal geographical location to work with local farmers.
We are also direct importers of poultry and horse meat.
Our main customers are retailers, butchers, canteens, institutions, hotels, and restaurants. A retail store is open four days a week at the entrance to our factory so that we can also serve private customers.
