Bisons d'Élevage

Located in Collex-Bossy, Les Plaines de Rosière is a unique agricultural estate founded by Laurent Girardet in 1990. As the first bison breeder in Switzerland, the farm specializes in high-quality bison and wapiti meat, certified by the GRTA label. The estate also operates as a pension stable for horses. Visitors can experience a "Far West" ambiance with expansive pastures and views of the Alps. The farm supplies local restaurants and butchers with its lean, omega-3 rich meat.
