Specializing in the manufacture of simple, automatic, and progressive dies, Étampes Kaufmann SA is also active in micro-erosion, electro-erosion, and manual or automatic cutting on presses up to 30 tons.

Stamp making is a little-known profession, but one that is essential at the beginning of the subcontracting chain, for example in the manufacture of timepieces, connectors, or medical devices equipped with mini printed circuits. At Étampes Kaufmann SA, it has been practiced from father to son for forty-five years in Corseaux, far from the cradle of precision micromechanics. However, in this specialized production of very small parts, the company has rare expertise that allows it to serve a customer base stretching from Geneva to the Bernese Jura, through the Vallée de Joux, and as far as Sion.
