Why are our windings to your advantage?

We deliver winding work from our workshops whose quality is well established.

Many motors still suffer from unfortunate operational failures due to their windings.

It is widely recognized that the choice of insulation is crucial to the service life of motors and electrical equipment.

In order to constantly extend the service life of electric motors, we maintain close contact with the leading Swiss manufacturers of insulating materials.

The windings of electric machines are made with copper wires insulated with a highly resistant enamel varnish. For special dimensions and applications, we use enameled wires with single or multiple fiberglass braiding.

The insulation of the conductors used in our workshops can withstand voltages higher than the prescribed test voltages, even at high temperatures. Once the windings are complete, they are impregnated with varnishes specially adapted to the conditions in which the motors operate.

For a long time, the treatment of windings was wrongly considered to be of secondary importance.

Experience has clearly demonstrated the great importance of the "impregnation-baking" process.

Our factory delivers perfectly impregnated windings, thanks to our facilities specially designed for this purpose.
