Distillerie Artemisia-Bugnon, traditional production since 2005
Direct and online sales (www.shop.distillerie-artemisia.ch) of our Val-de-Travers absinthes. Handcrafted since 2005 by Claude-Alain Bugnon and family. Using a recipe dating back to 1935, Claude-Alain has revived production of Charlotte la Clandestine, named after its original creator. Variations have emerged, such as Clandestine Blanche Intense, Clandestine Verte and Clandestine Crème d'absinthe. An informative tour of the history of absinthe, its production and learning how to taste the house products is the best thing to do. Make an appointment!

La Clandestine Blanche 53%vol
L’une des premières absinthe à être distillée au Val-de-Travers après la légalisation en 2005. Une absinthe blanche classique avec un bel équilibre aromatique et dans un deuxième temps une persistance de l’amertume sont ses caractéristiques principales.
