Host & Chef
Chef Simon Theus is a master of his craft. He has been cooking for over 40 years and learned his trade from the ground up. He can draw on a wealth of experience gained in various award-winning restaurants and hotels, during his time as a ship's cook on the luxury liner Queen Elizabeth II, and in many other positions in Switzerland and abroad. He is a graduate of the world's most renowned hotel management school in Lausanne and graduated in 1991 with a degree in restaurant management from EHL.
