The dough, tomato sauce, and mozzarella are the three basic ingredients that distinguish a good pizza from a mediocre one.

We make our pizza dough according to a tried-and-tested pizza master recipe one day in advance and make sure that the dough has had time to rise so that it has a pleasantly light and crispy texture for our customers.

For the salsa, the perfect tomato sauce, we use sun-ripened tomatoes and enrich them with Mediterranean spices to emphasize the character of a strong tomato without overpowering it.

We are in close contact with our customers when it comes to choosing mozzarella. The right mozzarella complements the variety of flavors on a pizza without leaving the customer feeling heavy. Of course, we always strive to optimize our products. When we want to introduce a new mozzarella into our production, we have a network of select key customers who, after our testing, can give us additional feedback on their pizza enjoyment.

The best ingredients are useless if they are not properly coordinated. That is why we continuously instruct and train our employees to ensure a consistent standard of pizza toppings.
