Ossig Immo Plan GmbH

The company, which specializes in new construction and renovation, was founded in July 2016 by Philipp Ossig as a sole proprietorship. Its focus is on renovations of all sizes, and the company is divided into three sub-areas of project management.

The projects realized and supervised by Ossig range from individual rooms to apartment buildings, from small repairs to large conversions. For larger projects, long-standing and selected partners are brought in as proven experts.

Our goal is to create a win-win situation for everyone involved. It should be right for everyone (workers, other companies, building owners). We try to keep the price low for all projects.

Our customers are private clients (families with children, mostly house and apartment renovations) as well as investors and property managers.

Owner Philipp Ossig is a trained carpenter and worked in the profession for two years. After working in Canada, he attended wood construction foreman school and then spent six months traveling around the world. He then completed his training as a wood construction technician HF and did an internship at Lauber Engineering in Lucerne.
