For over 40 years, our main areas of activity have been:

• Surveying work:
  • Land ownership: reports on division/merger/splitting/parceling/modification of plots, boundary marking (installation of boundary markers and pegs)
  • Construction: site plans, staking out and installation of survey templates, staking out for earthworks, setting out nails on formwork, surveys and cadastral registration/building registration
  • New surveying/initial survey, digitization, preliminary digitization, renewal, etc.
  • Technical/engineering surveying for inspection, precise surveys, monitoring of buildings and engineering structures with theodolite (total station), leveling, laser scanner, drone
• 3D geomatics:
  • Field/topographic surveys and preparation of plans and reports
  • Drone flights with aerial photography for the creation of orthophotos, point clouds, 3D models, digital terrain/elevation/surface models DTM/DMS/DTS
  • Laser scanning of the exterior and interior of buildings and engineering structures with 3D rendering, photos and plans of facades, sections, profiles, etc.
• Rural engineering: land consolidation and land improvement (farm roads, drainage, irrigation pipes, compensation measures and ecological developments, stream revitalization, etc.)
• Land use planning and infrastructure: neighborhood plans and infrastructure (roads, clean water and wastewater pipes, drinking water supply, etc.) for the project study, public inquiry, tendering, construction, and project management phases, as well as as-built plans
• Implementation and management of land information systems (LIS/GIS): underground cadastre (chambers and pipes for clean water, wastewater, water, etc.), zoning plans (PAL/PGA, etc.), public lighting, etc.

Area of activity:

• Canton of Fribourg, particularly in the districts of Broye, Lac and Sarine
• Canton of Vaud, particularly in the district of Broye-Vully
• But also in other regions of French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland
